Synergy Group Appoints Mr. Sun Ning as the Chairman of the Group's Operations in the PRC

HONG KONG, Oct 31, 2019 - (ACN Newswire) - Synergy Group Holdings International Limited ("Synergy Group" or the "Group"; stock code: 1539), a leading integrated energy-saving and energy management solutions provider in Hong Kong, announced the appointment of Mr. Sun Ning ("Mr. Sun") as the Chairman of the Company's operations in the People's Republic of China (the "PRC"). Upon his employment, he will be responsible for assisting the Group to formulate business strategies for its PRC operations.

Graduated from Renmin University of China, Mr. Sun is the founder of several successful properties and investment venture projects in the Northeastern region in the PRC. He also serves an advisory role in a licensed web-based electric car hailing transportation platform company in the PRC named "Quanzai". On top of developing the existing Group PRC businesses, Mr. Sun will also drive business strategies in relation to Vanadium-related battery storage applications, including but not limited to, advanced electric automobile charging stations, and to lead the Group into the area of environmentally friendly initiatives and energy saving smart-city developments in Mainland China.
