In the opening address, the Chinese Vice Minister of Education, Zhong Denghua pointed out that it was necessary to combine the spirit of the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Party in order to understand the achievements in higher education development, which would further strengthen confidence in the higher education system.
