During the course of the 15-year development of Ausnutria, CITIC Agri Fund expresses its high recognition towards Ausnutria through investing in the Company. The presence of CITIC Agri Fund strengthens Ausnutria's shareholder background and financial resources. The total consideration for the issue of 249,000,000 new shares to CITIC Agri Fund is HK$1,289,820,000. CITIC Agri Fund is interested in 23.97% of the total number of Shares and replaces Center Laboratories, Inc. and its subsidiaries as the single largest shareholder of the Company.
